Monika A. Dębska-Pastakia, Chairman and Partner at Knight Frank Poland, has won an award in the “Top 100 Business Women 2016” ranking in Poland, scoring 5th in one of the two business categories. The prestigious ranking, which selects the most entrepreneurial Polish women, has been announced by “Puls Biznesu” magazine.
The Chairman of Knight Frank in Poland has been ranked as one of the five most entrepreneurial business women in the category for companies with annual sales revenue up to PLN 50 million.
The participants of the “Top 100 Business Women 2016” competition are judged on criteria such as sustainable revenue growth and good financial standing of the companies they manage. Apart from the profit dynamics and company sales in the last two years, the company’s high reputation and excellent trading history are also taken into consideration. Two groups of business leaders were ranked on the basis of the managed company’s annual revenue (up to PLN 50 million and above).
“Women shape the markets to an equal extent as men. Sometimes more effort is required but the effects motivate to see progress. For some 30 years I have been working on the objectives that steer my efforts in the right direction. It is worth to be one of the role models knowing full well that there are more of us than just the 100 women in the ranking,” said Monika A. Dębska-Pastakia.
