More logistics in SEGRO’s parks – EuropaProperty

WHEELS Logistics had leased 4,200 sqm of warehouse and office space in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznan, Gadki. It will be WHEELS Logistics main logistics centre servicing clients throughout all Poland. Cushman & Wakefield acted as an agent on the transaction.

“We will distribute various types of packaging products across Poland from Gadki. The park will be the 14th location of WHEELS Logistics across Europe. Our strategic goal is to develop business activity not only in Poland, but also in Europe. The perfect location of the park near Poznan allows us to implement this strategy,” explained Verena Patrias, Area Manager in WHEELS Logistics.

750 trucks with up to 120 sqm loading volume and up to 25 tonne payloads are planned daily by WHEELS employees.
