Mozano to move into MLP Business Park Łódź

A manufacturer of modern household appliances has leased nearly 4,600 sqm of space at MLP Business Park Łódź. The new location will provide the company with the space it needs for further growth and for the efficient handling of its expanding scale of operations. The facility is already completed, and the tenant will gain early access to it in September this year. Full handover of the space, following completion of fit-out works, is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. AXI IMMO advised Mozano throughout the lease agreement process.

Under the signed agreement, Mozano has leased approximately 4,500 sqm of warehouse space and nearly 100 sqm of office and social space. The completed facility will be made available to the tenant on an early access basis as early as September this year, allowing it to begin preparations for launching operations. Given the scope of the fit-out and finishing works involved, full handover of the space is scheduled for the end of 2026.

The availability of a completed facility, allowing for a smooth relocation, was also an important condition. MLP Business Park Łódź is MLP Group’s second project in the Łódź region. The investment is being developed in line with the Group’s sustainable development strategy and has been designed with high energy efficiency and user comfort in mind. The buildings will undergo BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level.
