Multi extends management contract at Galeria Pestka

Multi has extended the contract for the management and commercialisation of Galeria Pestka (managed by Multi Poland since 2014), Poznań (42,000 sqm GLA) with the new owner, Henley Investments. Multi’s contract covers the strategic and operational management of the centre (including leasing).

Frederic Rouleau, Country Asset Manager, Multi Poland, said: “Over the last six years, we have expanded the retail and service offer with attractive chain brands, increased the space and helped raise key tenants’ shop quality and comfort standards. The extension of the contract for the management of this mall with the new owner confirms our extensive competencies and experience in the field of commercial property management.”
