The first office building in Moje Miejsce (My Place) in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district stimulates to work. CitySpace, the Polish company providing serviced offices, will be its new tenant. CitySpace will launch 234 work stations here in October.
CitySpace Club Beethovena is the fifth Warsaw location of a high-powered serviced offices operator. A unique space for creative work will be developed in the first Moje Miejsce office building, on two levels, ground floor and first floor. Tenants will find here a coworking space supporting cooperation of various teams and inviting to network, as well as fully equipped serviced offices.

At over 2,300 sqm of space, both corporations and start-ups will find spaces they need. JEMS Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design of Moje Miejsce. The commissioning of the entire project, consisting of two office buildings, a residential part, urban infrastructure and social spaces, is planned for 2021.
