NEINVER sets 26 April 2018 as opening date for Prague’s flagship outlet centre – EuropaProperty

NEINVER, a Spanish company specialising in investment, development and management of property assets has announced the opening date for Prague The Style Outlets, located in the capital of the Czech Republic. A joint project between The Prague Outlet and NEINVER, Prague The Style Outlets will open its doors on 26 April, 2018.

With a prime location less than 5 minutes from Prague’s international airport and 25 minutes from the city centre, Prague The Style Outlets will be the largest outlet centre in the Czech Republic. The first phase will feature close to 20,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), 115 units and 2,400 parking spaces. Phase 2 will boost the total space to 30,000 sqm of GLA and 190 units. Prague The Style Outlets will offer services and amenities such as a playground, free Wi-Fi, lounges, and VAT refund.
