NEINVER starts refurbishment works at FACTORY Poznan in Poland – EuropaProperty

NEINVER, a European company specialised in investment, development and management of property assets, the largest operator of outlet centres in Spain and Poland, has started renovation works of FACTORY Poznan outlet centre in Poland.

The company, which operates four outlet centres in the Polish market, has already completed refurbishment of the two FACTORY outlets it operates in Warsaw and one in Krakow adapting them to high interior standards and enhancing shopping experience for visitors. In Poznan, NEINVER is working in a new interior design with bright colours combined with large glass windows and metal finishes, completed with a new floor. The outlet centre will also offer a new playground for kids and add new relaxation zones with natural vegetation and charging points for mobile devices.

In order to offer a complete shopping experience, the centre has also added new services during the last months. Visitors can now enjoy car and bike-sharing service, gift card service and a new Infopoint is available.

FACTORY Poznan is located in Poznań, the administrative centre of Poland. The centre, just a ten-minute drive from the city centre, boasts 14,800 sqm of GLA and 90 units of top international and Polish brands. With a 100% occupancy, FACTORY Poznan receives nearly 2.5 million visitors yearly.
