New Fintech Tenant to Occupy 3,000 sqm at Mogilska 35

Warimpex has announced the signing of a lease agreement with a new international tenant at its Mogilska 35 Office building in Kraków. A financial services company specialising in international money transfers will move into approximately 3,000 sqm of office space later this year.

This choice confirms that our efforts to provide top-quality office space are being recognised in the market, especially by companies from fast-growing, innovative sectors such as fintech,” said Franz Jurkowitsch, CEO of Warimpex.

The new tenant is a rapidly growing American technology company with global operations, serving customers in over 170 countries. Its Polish headquarters will occupy the second and third floors of the building, offering around 3,000 sqm of modern office space. Fit-out works are currently underway, with the office expected to be operational by the end of 2025.

Mogilska 35 is a modern, Class A office building that meets the latest architectural and technological standards. It is located in the heart of Kraków. The building meets the highest standards in sustainable design and green construction and is BREEAM-certified at the “Excellent” level.
