Developer GRIDARCH has completed the third phase of construction at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP) in Mošnov, delivering three new industrial buildings and office space with a combined leasable area of 124,000 sqm.
The new facilities will serve as BMW Group’s overseas logistics distribution centre, with global logistics provider DP World managing operations. DP World has now launched pilot operations at the site, while the official opening of the BMW Group distribution centre will take place at a later date.
Construction of Phase III began in January 2025 and was developed specifically for BMW Group’s logistics requirements. From the new Mošnov facility, the automotive manufacturer will distribute parts and products to overseas markets.
“We have been developing the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park since 2018 and are proud to have completed the third phase – a purpose-built facility for BMW Group,” said Tomáš Novotný, CEO of GRIDARCH. “We wish BMW Group and its logistics partner DP World every success at our premises.”
Robert Sgariboldi, Country Manager of DP World Czech Republic, added: “After 18 months of commercial development and project implementation, we are delighted to launch operations at this new site for one of our key customers. We greatly appreciate GRIDARCH’s professional support throughout the construction phase and look forward to further expanding our presence in Mošnov.”
Recruitment for BMW Group’s distribution centre is underway, with information on available positions published by DP World.

Development of Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park began in 2018. The first phase delivered four industrial buildings totalling 139,000 sqm of premium logistics and manufacturing space, together with a 151,000 sqm railway container terminal. In 2021, this phase, along with the Nošovice industrial park, was acquired by EQT Real Estate.
Phase II
Construction of the second phase started in spring 2024 and added 122,000 sqm of Class A industrial space across four buildings for logistics and light manufacturing. Completed in March 2025, three buildings were acquired by EQT Real Estate, while the fourth, comprising 11,400 sqm, remains owned by GRIDARCH and is leased to automotive supplier Brose CZ.
Phase III
The third phase comprises three new industrial buildings with a total leasable area of 124,000 sqm, developed exclusively for BMW Group’s overseas logistics distribution centre. Construction was completed in summer 2026, with full operational launch expected by the end of the year.
