The refurbishment of the 600 sqm offices, occupied by Mercedes-Benz Bank, Mercedes-Benz Leasing and Mercedes-Benz Insurance, is already finished. Works lasted two months. Beside the space functional reconstruction, some systems and installations were also modernized, e.g. HVAC installations, fire alarm systems (SSP, DSO) and lighting.

On client’s special request, Apleona GVA was responsible for the whole fit-out project, acting as a project manager.

New offices look modern and minimalist, still being user-friendly. “Interior design elaborated together with the investor is basing on creative, high quality, original materials, which create informal character of the office space, being at the same time elegant and representative for Mercedes-Benz brand,” said Zuzanna Hekkelstrand from Inspace Architects atelier, responsible for the interior design project, choice of all materials and equipment.

“Due to the companies’ extension, our goal was to adjust the space and provide employees with comfort place of work. The final look of the offices and effective refurbishment process encourages us to consider similar works in another, bigger space of the property,” added Carmen Herberger-Schebiella, President of Management Board at Mercedes-Benz Leasing New look of Mercedes-Benz Bank offices in Warsaw.
