Modesta Real Estate succeeded in finding a new office location for one of the leading suppliers of LPG in Slovakia. FLAGA spol. s.r.o. is part of the global group UGI International and will move into about 300 sqm in the well-known Westend Business Zone close to the city center of Bratislava in May 2023.
The energy and gas company was looking for a modern and strategically located office space that could offer its 50 employees a pleasant environment in a hybrid working mode between home office and working from the office.
