The future tenants of the Enterprise Park’s Stage 2, currently under construction at Krakow’s Podgorze district, will enjoy the spacious interior of the OLIMP restaurant on the ground floor of Enterprise Park’s building C. The restaurant is planned to be opened later this year, shortly after putting the business park’s newest building to use, which is slated for a late July/early August date.
Avestus Real Estate, Krakow’s Enterprise Park developer, and Grupa Gastromall, the owner of a dynamically growing restaurant network, have signed an agreement regarding the lease of space for the second OLIMP restaurant at the office park. It is going to be one of the OLIMP network’s largest outlets, totalling over 460 sqm (with backup facilities), serving natural healthy meals. Similarly to its sister outlet located at Enterprise Park’s building B, it will also be available to external customers and in addiction to delicious food it will offer free wireless Internet and a possibility to organise events.
The Enterprise Park project, a new generation business park, is located in Krakow’s Podgorze district, at Aleja Powstancow Wielkopolskich. The project’s Stage I, opened in October, 2012, comprising buildings A and B with about 15,000 sqm, has been nearly 100 percent leased. Main tenants include international corporations from the high-tech sector.
Enterprise Park comprises three four-storey Class A office buildings offering a total of 28,000 sqm of high standard office space. The space plan provides for high flexibility in office arrangement. The complex is readily accessible by public transport thanks to numerous bus and tram stops, a railway station.
Works are currently well underway at the construction site of building C (ca. 14,000 sqm). The newest addition to Enterprise Park will boast large floor plates ranging from 4,066 sqm to 4,236 sqm.
