Scallier opened a new retail park in Pyrzyce, located in the West Pomeranian Province of Poland. The project was developed through a strategic partnership between PKB Inwest Budowa, acting as the project’s developer, and Scallier, which oversaw site selection and acquisition, provided comprehensive advisory support, managed the property’s commercialisation, and is now leading the sales process.
The new retail park is the first modern shopping centre in Pyrzyce, a town of around 13,000 residents located 45 kilometres from Szczecin.
“Thanks to the efficient execution of the project in cooperation with PKB Inwest Budowa, we were able to open the facility in less than a year from the start of construction. The park meets the highest construction standards and has been designed with customer convenience in mind. All retail units have direct entrances from the outside. Additionally, to improve accessibility, the parking lot has been integrated with the adjacent parking area of the Bricomarche store,” says Bartosz Nowak, Managing Partner at Scallier.
The entire retail park was fully leased upon opening. This intimate complex has brought well-known retail brands to the local market. Tenants include Media Expert, CCC, Sinsay, Worldbox, and Żabka. Nearby, customers can also find the Bricomarche home improvement and decor store, as well as popular chain supermarkets Lidl and Biedronka.
“Demand for leasing space in modern convenience-type retail centres in towns with low retail saturation remains very strong, as evidenced by the swift commercialisation of the Pyrzyce park,” says Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier. “The complementary retail offering at this location, featuring well-known brands alongside nearby grocery and general merchandise stores, allows the local community to meet their shopping needs in a convenient and attractive setting.”
