Cromwell Property Group, a commercial real estate investment manager, has signed an office lease with ASSA ABLOY at Wiśniowy Business Park in Warsaw. The letting covers 1,350 sqm of space in building F of the complex, and the tenant was represented by advisory firm Cresa.
ASSA ABLOY offers a more complete range of door opening solutions. In the fast-growing electromechanical security segment, the group has a leading position in areas such as access control, identification technology, entrance automation and hotel security. Its top brands include LOB, ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors and ASSA ABLOY products. The firm has been present on the Polish market since 1999. ASSA ABLOY Group also has an office in Arkońska Business Park in Gdansk. It will move to Wiśniowy Business Park this autumn.
“Following our successful cooperation with Cromwell in Gdansk, we are confident that Wiśniowy Business Park will meet all our expectations. A friendly and modern work environment is a defining feature of ASSA ABLOY’s offices across Poland. Ergonomic and comfortable working conditions are very important to us,” said Bartosz Kaczorowski, Managing Director Poland Region at ASSA ABLOY Group.
“We are delighted to welcome ASSA ABLOY as our tenant. We are also pleased that ASSA ABLOY has appreciated both the high quality of our office space and additional amenities we provide for our tenants. We keep developing our offer of additional services and amenities for occupiers of the complex. We want Wiśniowy Business Park not only to be modern but to provide a friendly working environment in the first place,” said Maciej Gołębiewski, Director of Office Leasing, Cromwell Poland.
Wiśniowy Business Park comprises six buildings offering modern and flexible Class A office space. It is one of Poland’s first modern office complexes. Its oldest buildings were designed by renowned UK architects Fitzroy Robinson International and completed in the late 1990s while the next two were delivered in the 2000s. Wiśniowy Business Park is attractively located in the vicinity of Żwirki i Wigury Avenue, an important thoroughfare that connects the F. Chopin International Airport with the centre of Warsaw. It benefits from proximity to many public transport stops and a station of the Fast Municipal Railway (SKM), providing easy access to the airport, the city centre and other locations across Warsaw. Wiśniowy Business Park stands out among Warsaw’s other office complexes on account of its 2.5+ hectare green area with dozens of species of trees, bushes and grasses.
In 2017, the complex was thoroughly revamped. The work covered renovation of common areas in buildings D, E and F, and transformation of the land surrounding the complex.
Wiśniowy Business Park provides a total of 1,392 underground and surface parking spaces. Buildings C, D, E and F of the complex offering more than 46,600 sqm for lease have received a BREEAM In-Use certificate with a “Very Good” rating.
