Reply Polska has leased nearly 1,000 sqm of office space in DL Piano, an office building located in Katowice and developed by DL Invest Group. DL Piano is a modern commercial project with an area of 17,000 sqm, and is one of the newest office buildings in Katowice – it was commissioned for use in 2020. Currently, the building is almost fully leased. Advanced negotiations are underway for the last vacant spaces.

As a result of a carefully prepared commercialisation concept and effort to create a diverse and complementary offer, our buildings provide access to numerous value-added services. Employees and their families can do their daily shopping all in one place, without having to move to other locations,” said Dominik Leszczyński, CEO of DL Invest Group.
“Relations with local communities are also very important to us. The facilities provided by our projects are used not only by tenants but also by residents of neighbouring districts. It is also with them in mind that we plant many trees and other vegetation in the vicinity of our projects, we build outdoor gyms, which can be used both by our tenants and city residents, etc. Sustainable development is one of the key principles we follow in the design, construction and use of buildings. The quality of our involvement in this field is evidenced in the BREEAM environmental certification. DL Piano is currently undergoing BREEAM In-Use certification. BREEAM certification is also required for our next modern office buildings, which will be completed in 2022: DL Prime located in Gliwice and DL Tower in Katowice,” added Dominik Leszczyński.
DL Piano is one of five office buildings that are currently part of the DL Invest Group’s portfolio. The company’s office projects are located in Katowice, Gliwice and Częstochowa. In addition, DL Prime, the only modern office campus in Gliwice with an area exceeding 19,000 sqm, and DL Tower, an office building under construction in Katowice, which will enrich the Silesian market with nearly 17,000 sqm of modern office space, are also under construction. DL Prime is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022, and DL Tower in the first quarter of 2022.
