Vastint Poland has signed a new lease agreement with Pruftechnik, part of FLUKE Corporation. The industrial reliability leader has moved into the B10 building next to the Wrocław-Mikołajów railway station. Its employees have access to 2,370 sqm of ergonomic workspace.

B10 office building has achieved the highest possible Platinum ratings in three independent building quality assessment standards. The LEED v4 certification analysed B10 for energy efficiency, CO2 emission reduction, and resource optimisation. WiredScore confirmed its digital infrastructure reliability. While the WELL certification proves that B10 has a positive impact on health and productivity.

B10 is a 5-story building with 14,000 sqm of workspace and a natural extension of the neighbouring Business Garden, one of the largest business centres in the capital of Lower Silesia. Both developments, delivered, managed and owned by Vastint, were designed by APA Wojciechowski architects.
