Ghelamco Poland has gained a new tenant for the Warsaw Spire complex. BNP Paribas Securities Services has leased 4,000 sqm in building B of the complex, put into use last September. In addition, the developer has signed a Letter of Intent for the next 6,000 sqm in the complex.
BNP Securities Services will move to new premises in the second half of 2015 and become a neighbour of the EU agency Frontex, which will start work in the new office in January. With the signing of an agreement with BNP Paribas SSC building B, offering a total of 20,000 sqm, is now leased more than 90 percent.
“Signing the agreement with BNP Paribas SSC pleased not only because we won another prestigious tenant. Once again, the whole concept has been recognized as a place of complex harmoniously combining business and public functions. I am convinced that BNP Paribas SSC employees will feel very good here, commented Jeroen van der Toolen, Managing Director CEE Ghelamco.
The complex consists of three buildings: a tower with a height of 220 metres, and two 55-metre neighbouring buildings (B and C), providing a total of around 100,000 sqm of office space. The second side of the complex building C, is planned for the first quarter of 2015 while the 220-metre building A will be ready in early 2016.
