New tenants for Warsaw Spire – EuropaProperty

Ghelamco Poland has gained a new tenant for the Warsaw Spire complex. BNP Paribas Securities Services has leased 4,000 sqm in building B of the complex, put into use last September. In addition, the developer has signed a Letter of Intent for the next 6,000 sqm in the complex.

BNP Securities Services will move to new premises in the second half of 2015 and become a neighbour of the EU agency Frontex, which will start work in the new office in January. With the signing of an agreement with BNP Paribas SSC building B, offering a total of 20,000 sqm, is now leased more than 90 percent.

The complex consists of three buildings: a tower with a height of 220 metres, and two 55-metre neighbouring buildings (B and C), providing a total of around 100,000 sqm of office space. The second side of the complex building C, is planned for the first quarter of 2015 while the 220-metre building A will be ready in early 2016.
