New Work Offices announced the successful renegotiation and extension of its cooperation with Woodpecker Acquisitions at Science Park in Budapest.

With this agreement, New Work advances to become amongst the largest tenants in Science Park, reflecting both its operational strength and the trust it has earned from institutional partners. The extended cooperation covers almost 4,000 sqm. Importantly, New Work is backing up the partnership with customer commitments, achieving above 90 percent occupancy. This ensures sustainable revenues for the landlord while reducing leasing risk.
