It enables easy meeting space booking, ordering additional services and also acts as a communication platform. The company plans to engage in further digital solutions for office space access & management.
New Work is a forward-thinking flex office operator, offering a new generation of serviced office spaces. From the beginning, it has been focusing on a modern approach to services for tenants and landlords. This year the company has implemented new products related to office space management, it has also launched two more prestigious locations in Poland – Neon in Gdańsk and Hi Piotrkowska in Łódź. New Work Offices app is the latest proposal for the clients. It was created to provide even easier and safer use of the office thanks to digital management services.

So far, technological solutions have mainly focused on facility management. Now, due to the challenges related to COVID-19, there are completely new needs for communication with tenants. All services in one place
The New Work Offices application provides smart solutions for tenants. Thanks to the form of the intuitive in-app store with all additional services, customers have access to the full portfolio of products. The application allows real-time meeting space booking, reservation of parking, or non-standard IT solutions. A ticket system for quick-problem-solving helps to report any issues to the support team.
One of the main functionalities is online payments together with access to purchase history. The entire system has been designed to facilitate company management as it provides different levels of access by separating e.g. a billing account, contact person or other functions.
Communication is another key function. Both between clients and the New Work team, as well as between tenants. First of all, the built-in communicator will help to limit the physical contact between tenants and the operator’s representatives, while intensifying communication through the application. Furthermore, all users have access to the membership platform with social feed option, where they can provide information about the products and services, publish job offers, surveys and other interesting news.
The application includes Q&A’s related to the standard use of offices, as well as additional procedures due to COVID-19.
For a start, the New Work Offices App is available to New Work customers in selected locations in Poland (Warsaw: Wola Retro, Kaleńska, Neopark, Gdańsk: Neon) and in Hungary (A100 and BJ48).
