New Work has been expanding rapidly in the Polish market during 2019. In total, the company has added six locations to its Polish portfolio over the past 10 months.
Apart from five locations in Warsaw, the expansion is now focusing on larger regional cities in Poland. The opening of Imagine in Łódź with 2,500 sqm will be followed by 2,400 sqm in Kraków Bonarka for Business in December. In the spring of 2020, New Work will prepare its second location in Łódź with 5,000 sqm at Hi Piotrkowska 155.
The Imagine building is a modern office complex at the class-A technical standard, with a BREEAM Interim Design Stage certificate at the “Excellent” level. Its advantage is its excellent location in the center of Łódź, within the Special Economic Zone, guaranteeing numerous benefits for entrepreneurs who have their companies’ headquarters in the area. Besides a wide range of business services, tenants are also offered restaurant and child care facilities adjacent to the building, as well as an above-ground parking garage offering 356 parking spaces and 49 double bicycle racks on site.
New Work specializes in supplying corporate and conference space to its tenants, ranging from large international corporations to medium-sized companies. Smaller companies also find proper flex office solutions at New Works locations. The key is a flexible lease terms with the option of changing the size of the occupied space when the number of employees increases, ensuring an appropriate standard of services and high-class infrastructure with no capex on the customer side.
At the Imagine building, New Work offers over 240 work places on the 4th and 5th floors, including a conference center on the ground floor.
