New Work, a provider of flexible workspace solutions, continues its expansion in the Czech Republic and the CEE region. After just launching the offices in the Dynamica building in Waltrovka Park, Prague, the next center at Rustonka complex in the district of Karlín is coming in the next few weeks. By the end of 2020, four new Prague centers should be added to New Work’s portfolio.
“By the end of 2020, we plan to operate at least 7 locations in Prague with a total area of more than 25,000 Sqm, becoming a major player on the Czech market,” said Hubert Abt, CEO and founder of New Work at the opening in Dynamica. “We are doing great in other countries as well. In October, the city of Łódž, Poland will be added to our portfolio and the city of Krakow will follow by November. In a nutshell, we will extend our footprint from 7 cities in 2019 to 12 cities in 2020.”
“Our center in Dynamica is state of the art designed and functional at the same time. We are able to serve 86 offices with nearly 300 workstations capacity, which is suitable for medium and large companies. We can segment individual corporate corners for clients with their own access, brand and corporate design on flexible terms. Unlike traditional office space offers, our concept brings huge advantages: total flexibility – clients can move in the very next day after signing the contract, no need for upfront capital investment. Due to our procurement management and 360° reception services the clients can fully concentrate on their business, while we are taking care of their offices. The premises are equipped and everything is covered just within the regular payments as it goes,” added Zsófia Toropila-Vakula, General Manager of New Work in the Czech Republic.
New Work was founded by the German entrepreneur Hubert Abt in 2012, when the company opened its first office center in Budapest, Hungary. Today, New Work is operating in 5 countries in Central and Eastern Europe (Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Ukraine) and has been growing 100 percent since it’s foundation yearly. The company intends to run 50 locations with more than 130,000 sqm in CEE by the end of 2020, which ranks New Work as number 2 in the entire market.
New Work has recently raised its equity to EUR 10 million.
