New Work’s intimate Kaleńska 4-floor office building – entirely managed by New Work – where the atmosphere reflects the historic factory from the XIX century located next door – is now being expanded by an additional 560 sqm and 65 workstations dedicated primarily to corporate clients.
Close to Rondo Wiatraczna in Praga district of Warsaw, New Work Kaleńska 5 location guarantees excellent tram and bus connections to the city center. Opened in May 2019, this young-vibe office building offers up to 177 workstations on 1,500 sqm of usable space on 4 floors. Its character and atmosphere date back to an historic factory from the early 20th century that was located on the site, and acquired in 2002 by Agata and Tomasz Bajtyngier, whose dedication to the preservation of historic buildings allowed the space to survive. The building’s functionality was reconciled with the requirements of modern times, which in turn was appreciated by the conservator of the city of Warsaw who placed this object on its list of protected buildings.
Kaleńska 5 Business Center is adapted as well to urban trends – on-site, tenants are provided with bicycle parking stands and a place to grill on the patio, a supermarket located in the building or a fitness club only 300 m away. New Work’s tenants have 24-hour access to the building, with reception and concierge services, fully equipped kitchen facilities, security, conference rooms, surface parking and other on-demand services. The operator decided to effectively divide the floor in a cabinet arrangement, dedicated not only to foreign companies, but above all to Polish SMEs.
Praga is a district where there is no shortage of modern, industrial surfaces with a friendly design. Kaleńska 5 Business Center is a part of this trend as an young-vibe office building with a unique atmosphere and a comfortable location close to a large transport hub in this part of Warsaw. The facility was recently awarded as the best among 100 Warsaw offices in the category of “Office with Atmosphere” in the 3rd annual plebiscite of the leading all-inclusive office facilities conducted by “Biuro na Miarę.”
“The right part of Warsaw has been developing dynamically for several years. New apartment buildings, shopping galleries and kindergarten schools are being built here. Due to a good connection to the city center and the suburbs, many companies have decided to locate their businesses here. It is the expansion of this development that makes the services of flex offices fit perfectly into the expectations of the market. Offices offered by our company provide workspace solutions, giving companies the opportunity to use as many workplaces as they currently have employees. The building at Kaleńska 5 offers 52 offices, which are equipped with relevant infrastructure, and future tenants can move into a fully furnished office within 24 hours from signing the contract. There will be space not only for a small company of a few employees, but also for bigger ones,” said Agnieszka Łucka, Sales Representative, New Work
“Poland is now the largest segment in our expansion plans. In Poland, we are consistently expanding the number of our offices, offering clients further attractive locations in key cities. By the end of 2020, our portfolio will include 50 locations in the CEE region, of which 20 will be in Poland,” says Hubert Abt, CEO, New Work.
New Work was founded in 2013 in Budapest, Hungary, and today operates in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Romania and Poland. By 2020 the portfolio will consist of 50 locations in 12 cities across five countries.
