Vesuvius, a global leader in metal flow engineering, has officially moved into its new office located in the Edison building, part of the Korona office complex in Kraków. The company has leased over 2,200 sqm of modern office space, reinforcing its presence and operational capabilities in Central and Eastern Europe.
In Poland, Vesuvius has had a leading manufacturing plant located in Skawina, near Kraków, for over 25 years. The company’s new office in the Korona complex will support its Business Services operations and provide workspace that fosters collaboration and excellence. It will also further strengthen service delivery to clients across the European market.
“We’re very excited about the new location and partnership with GTC, especially taking into account the experience of our business needs being recognised and treated as the utmost priority. Moving to the Korona complex offers an upgrade in experience to our employees and to the visitors, with our Business Services being one of the collaboration hubs for Vesuvius,” said Aleksandra Klecha, Vesuvius Business Services HR Director and Board Member.
The new Vesuvius office occupies the 5th and 6th floors of the Edison building – one of four A-class office buildings developed and managed by GTC within the Korona complex, which together offer over 39,000 sqm of premium office space. The complex is recognised as one of Kraków’s largest business hubs, home to numerous companies from the IT, gaming, and engineering sectors.
Korona holds a BREEAM “Excellent” certification for sustainable construction, along with the “Building Without Barriers” designation, confirming its accessibility for a wide range of users.
“We are delighted to welcome Vesuvius to the Korona community. The complex meets their high standards for office quality and comfort, while also aligning with their values of sustainability. We are confident that this environment will support the company’s future growth and that its employees will become an integral part of the Korona technology community,” said Agnieszka Kuehn, Senior Leasing Manager at GTC.
Vesuvius was represented in the lease transaction by advisors from Colliers.
