Newest HYATT Regency opens its doors in Tashkent, Uzbekistan with Bates as Project Manager – EuropaProperty

The first Hyatt-branded hotel in Uzbekistan opens its doors. This is seen as an opportunity for Tashkent to further develop its infrastructure and tourism with the hotel providing over 300 guest rooms and 2,300sqm of events facilities. The hotel is located in the epicentre of the city’s sights and businesses, even bordering Tashkent’s prestigious National Library. Bates is proud to have been engaged as Project Manager for the project.

The hotel will feature 300 guest rooms, 52 of which suites, a 24hour gym, a spa, an indoor swimming pool, and an 855 sqm pillar-less Regency Ballroom. Guests will also be able to experience the four on-site restaurants and bars featuring local and international cuisines.
