Nhood, an integrated real estate services and solutions company present in 10 European countries, including Romania, has become the sole shareholder of Tomorrow Food, a French consulting agency specialising in Food & Beverage (F&B) for Real Estate and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café).
Through this strategic move, Nhood expands its competencies across Europe, offering clients comprehensive expertise—from concept development to space operation – with a sustainable and experience-centric approach.
“The partnership with Tomorrow Food aligns perfectly with our strategy of developing an ecosystem of complementary expertise. Their knowledge in the Food & Beverage and Leisure sectors enhances Nhood’s capability to design, implement, and manage attractive and sustainable spaces for communities and their evolving needs. Together, we reinforce our mission: shifting from real estate as a physical space to real estate as a space for content and services, also integrating the new LIVE business line dedicated to events, culture, and programming, to create vibrant and useful destinations rooted in their local communities,” said Marco Balducci, CEO of Nhood.
Tomorrow Food has established itself as one of the pioneering players in Food & Beverage (F&B) and HoReCa consulting in France. Since 2018, Tomorrow Food has managed the creation and opening of spaces for independent restaurants, as well as for major hotel groups (OKKO, Archer Capital, Centre Parks, etc.). Starting in 2020, the agency’s range of competencies expanded to support players in the commercial real estate sector (APSYS, Retail & Connexions, Ceetrus), real estate developers (Galia Promotion, Ramery, Linkcity, etc.), and local authorities in defining the F&B concept for their establishment, location, or neighbourhood.
“Today, our ambition is clear: to become the leader in F&B and Leisure consulting in France next year and across Europe within a three-year horizon. We are embracing the position of innovative consultants in hospitality and real estate (with the addition of the leisure component), while retaining what has always defined us: a strong operational vision. To accelerate this ambition and support our growth, we chose to partner with a well-positioned partner in our target markets who shares our vision. Naturally, we are fully retaining our operational and legal independence, with the strong desire to continue supporting both operators and real estate players in the F&B and Leisure domains,” said Félix de La Haye, CEO of Tomorrow Food.
Tomorrow Food maintains its identity, strategic autonomy, and brand, while benefiting from Nhood’s international synergies and network to accelerate its growth in France and other European markets.
With Tomorrow Food, Nhood strengthens its expertise in real estate services and solutions, bringing together professionals capable of operating across the entire value chain—from consulting to operations—and offering customised solutions for players in the retail, real estate, and regional development sectors. Nhood thus continues to implement its strategic vision: developing an ecosystem of complementary brands and expertise to provide complete solutions that deliver sustainable and operational value, supporting the transformation of local communities.
