The transport and logistics company Nonko has joined the group of tenants at the modern MLP Wrocław logistics centre. The company has leased over 4,100 sqm of Class A warehouse space. The tenant began using the prepared space at the end of October this year. During the lease negotiations, the tenant was advised by the consultancy firm Litwiniuk Property.
“As part of an international logistics group, Nonko has established a logistics centre in Poland, providing integrated logistics services to our customers in China and forming a logistics network in several EU countries. MLP provides us with really good support and solutions in Poland, and the communication is very rapid. We look forward to our long-term cooperation,” emphasised Jingyi Wang, Director of Nonko.
“We are pleased to welcome Nonko among the tenants of MLP Wrocław. This is yet another confirmation of the strong interest in our projects from companies seeking modern, flexible, and well-connected warehouse space. MLP Wrocław offers the highest quality standards and environmentally friendly solutions, perfectly meeting the needs of rapidly developing companies in the transport, shipping, and logistics (TSL) sector,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, Management Board Member and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.
MLP Wrocław is a logistics complex with a total area of 66,228 sqm, located in the north-eastern part of Wrocław (Psie Pole district), approximately 14 km from the city centre. The park was developed on a 13-hectare site and comprises five Class A warehouse buildings. The facility stands out for its high technical standards, modern infrastructure, and the implementation of sustainable construction solutions.
The buildings have been awarded prestigious BREEAM certificates. These certifications confirm the implementation of a wide range of sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions. The facilities feature energy-efficient LED lighting, low-emission heating systems, and water-saving fixtures, as well as bicycle infrastructure and a car-sharing programme. The surroundings of the park have been enhanced with flower meadows, retention ponds, and insect hotels, all of which help to support local biodiversity. In addition, photovoltaic panels installed on the rooftops contribute to MLP Group’s strategy of achieving carbon neutrality.
“During the process of selecting a location for a logistics centre in Poland by our client Nonko, we conducted a comprehensive market analysis of Class A warehouse space in the client’s chosen locations, i.e., Wrocław. Ultimately, the client decided to select and lease the space at MLP Wrocław. Litwiniuk Property advises on the new lease agreemant, renegotiation and extension of existing leases for class A warehouses in logistics parks, as well as for office space in Class A office buildings in Wrocław, Warsaw, and other regional cities in Poland and Europe (including the Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary),” said Patryk Litwiniuk, General Director of the consulting firm Litwiniuk Property.
