North Gate and Atrium City located in Warsaw have been certified by BREEAM In-Use. Knight Frank is responsible for the management of both buildings. The landlord of these properties is Deka Immobilien.

North Gate, located at 17 Bonifraterska Street, has been certified by BREEAM In-Use with a “Very Good” rating in terms of “Asset” and “Building Management”, while Atrium City located at 19 Jana Pawła II Street, has received “Very Good” and “Excellent” results in the same categories respectively.
