In the last two months, Savills advised Deka Immobilien, the owner of North Gate in Warsaw, on more than 4,000 sqm of lease transactions in the building.
C.H. Beck, a specialist publishing house focusing on law, tax, economics and foreign-language literature, decided to remain in North Gate and to expand its office footprint up to nearly 1,900 sqm. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiation process by Paweł Skałba and Bianka Kuchcińska from Colliers.
Multiconsult Polska, a provider of design, supervision and advisory services for technical and environmental protection projects, will also stay on in North Gate and expand its office up to more than 1,700 sqm.
JDP, a law firm specialising in legal counselling and litigation for contractors, private investors and subcontractors in construction, infrastructure and real estate, also decided to expand its office footprint by taking almost 430 sqm of additional space.

North Gate is a Class A office building with 87 metres in height, 26 above-ground floors and three underground levels offering 310 parking spaces. It has a total area of 41,800 sqm and 35,600 sqm of usable space, including 28,000 sqm of office space. The third floor features Garden Lounge, a green area on an internal terrace accessible to all tenants. North Gate enjoys easy access to transport infrastructure and public transport services with tram and bus stops, and Dworzec Gdański metro station nearby. Facilities in its immediate neighbourhood comprise an Ibis hotel and numerous retail stores and services, including Westfield Arkadia.
The owner of North Gate is the investment fund Deka Immobilien. Savills is the exclusive leasing agent for the office space in the building.
