Nowa Szkoła leased over 7,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź. AXI IMMO advised the client in negotiating a lease agreement. Nowa Szkoła is a Polish company operating since 1992. The company specializes in complex furnishing of nurseries, kindergartens and schools, rehabilitation and sports equipment, as well as teaching aids and educational toys.
Due to the development of the company and the demand for a larger warehouse space of a high standard, the company decided to relocate to the Panattoni Central European Logistic Hub. In the new facility, the tenant will have nearly 7,300 sqm of modern warehouse space and 260 sqm of office space.
“During new warehouse project selection, the location and adaptation possibilities of the new space were key factors for us. We wanted a facility that was within the city’s administrative boundaries, mainly due to our employees, because we wanted to provide them convenient access to work. In this aspect, the Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub complex fully met our expectations. Complex location is attractive both in terms of developed road infrastructure and the availability of public transport, which allows us to organize effective internal and external logistics chain,” commented Łukasz Wronka, Logistics Manager at Nowa Szkoła.
“The Nowa Szkoła company decided to lease warehouse space in the Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub due to the attractive location of the park, favorable rental conditions and the ability to adjust the technical aspects of the facility to the needs of a company whose activity requires above-standard floor loading. Mainly due to the specific technical requirements of the client, the search for the appropriate space had to be narrowed down to the objects being in the planning phase, which was a challenge. Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub is a logistics complex located in Łódź at Jędrzejowska St., close to the A1 motorway, just 30 km from the Łódź North junction, where the A1 and A2 motorways intersect. The location of the park in the center of Poland with access to European routes, as well as the location within the city limits, allows for efficient internal and export logistics. In addition, it provides access to the Lodz public transport network. The target size of the complex is over 400,000 sqm, of which 315,000 sqm is an existing and under construction site.
