Nowy Styl, an established furniture solutions company, has decided to extend its presence at the Oxygen Park office complex in Warsaw. As part of the lease extension, the brand’s showroom underwent a major refurbishment and has been operating in its new format since February this year. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm in Oxygen Park.

Oxygen Park is a modern office complex located directly on Aleje Jerozolimskie, in Warsaw’s business district (Jutrzenki 137A). The project consists of two six-storey buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm.
In addition to high-quality office space, tenants at Oxygen Park have access to a green patio with a relaxation area and the Gorąco Polecam café. The complex also offers 162 underground parking spaces, bicycle racks, and changing rooms with showers. The environmentally friendly solutions implemented in the complex have been confirmed by a BREEAM certification at the “Very Good” level.
