The NRF Group, a global manufacturer of automotive aftermarket parts and supplier of industrial cooling solutions, has expanded its warehouse and office footprint at Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II by 7,000 sqm to a total of 52,000 sqm. The tenant was advised throughout the lease expansion and negotiation process by Newmark Polska.
Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II is home to two companies of the NRF Group: NRF Polska and NRF Thermal Engineering Poland. Following the 7,000 sqm expansion by NRF Polska, the Group now occupies 52,000 sqm at the site, underscoring its strong presence in the CEE region.
