Cushman & Wakefield takes over management of Atrium Flora 

Cushman & Wakefield took over the management of Atrium Flora in Prague’s Vinohrady district, a shopping centre owned by G City Europe Ltd. (formerly Atrium European Real Estate).

The 20,000 sqm shopping centre is part of a mixed-use project that also includes extensive and modern office space of 18,000 sqm. Built-in 2003, the centre is perfectly accessible thanks to its location at an important Prague transportation hub, directly above the Flora metro station.

The centre’s main tenants include Cinema City with IMAX, a unique 3D cinema in the centre of Prague, and brands such as Attrativo, Bushman, Butlers, Calzedonia, Ecco shoes, Flying Tiger, H&M, Intimissimi, Lindex, Manufaktura, Sizeer and Tatuum. The largest retail tenant is the Albert supermarket, whose store will undergo a major reconstruction in February and will reopen to customers at the end of the month.

Office tenants include Marsh McLennan, Reckitt Benckiser and Scott Weber workspace, among others.

Last year saw a major refurbishment of the interior of the entire shopping centre, including a generous extension of the food court. This year, the overall renovation should be completed with the replacement of signage and digital displays with new ones.
