The restaurant will be set up on level -1 of tower building B. The lease agreement has been signed for 10 years.
About Olimp restaurants
Olimp is Poland’s biggest chain of self-service restaurants with food sold by weight at a single price per 100 grams. Olimp restaurants operate in a few dozen office buildings and shopping centres across the country. Every day the chefs prepare fresh dishes of meat, fish and vegetables, both hot and cold, and the customers compose their perfect meals themselves, either vegetarian or with meat. The company’s offer also includes desserts, beverages, cocktails, freshly squeezed juice, and hand-baked cakes: cheesecake, apple pie, gingerbread, and yeast cakes. All the dishes served in Olimp restaurants are made in house. The cooks do not use semi-finished products or add flavour enhancers to the dishes. They are always based on natural and fresh ingredients.
About The Warsaw HUB
The Warsaw HUB is a modern and multifunctional complex of three skyscrapers, which is being built in the fastest developing part of Warsaw, i.e. at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Wola district. It will consist of three skyscrapers: the 86-metre hotel building and two 130-metre office towers. The buildings will be joined by a five-storey foundation, which will create a big-city frontage along the Towarowa street.
The Warsaw HUB is currently Ghelamco Poland’s most innovative project, which will go far beyond the traditional concept of an office complex. The project is built upon the concept of a “hub”, i.e. a major functional and transportation centre. The complex will combine all functions which are necessary for the modern business to operate. The 113,000 sqm of space will offer state-of-the-art office premises, a conference centre, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels, a convenience centre, a fitness centre, the MeetDistrict coworking space, and The Heart Warsaw centre of cooperation between corporations and start-ups.
The project will provide its future tenants with numerous sophisticated solutions including access to and navigation around the building using a smartphone, a car recognition system in the underground car park, and a charging station for electric cars.
