The office building developed by Vastint Poland as part of the second phase of the Waterfront project in Gdynia is now almost fully leased. MSC is expanding its existing office in the building, while Marine Cargo joined the group of tenants. The complex has also gained a LUX MED facility, which opened both a medical clinic and a dental centre.
The property at 13B Waszyngtona Street has attracted both global brands and local institutions, strengthening its position as one of the key business locations in the Tri-City area.
At the beginning of November, Gdynia-based company Marine Cargo Logistic, specialising in sea, land, and air transport, moved into the building. The company offers innovative logistics solutions on a global scale through a network of its own agents in every corner of the world. The new tenant is occupying more than 470 sqm of office space.
The building already houses MSC Poland, representing MSC, the world’s biggest container shipping line. Previously occupying almost 1,550 sqm, the company decided to further expand and took an additional 700 sqm.
The building’s offer has also been enhanced by LUX MED, which has leased nearly 2,000 sqm in total. A modern dental clinic operates on the ground floor, while a medical centre is located on the first floor. As a result, employees of the complex and Gdynia residents now have convenient access to a wide range of healthcare services in the very heart of the city.
“The Waterfront project meets the high standards of the LUX MED Group in terms of technical quality, functionality and transport accessibility. Its attractive location enables us to effectively expand our outpatient and dental services. The new facility strengthens our presence in the Tricity area and increases access to comprehensive medical care for the residents of Gdynia,” said Robert Kalota, Director of the Investment and Administration Department at the LUX MED Group.
“We are proud that tenants recognise the unique location and outstanding quality of the Waterfront complex, which perfectly supports their diverse business needs. The office buildings are located in the very centre of Gdynia, yet retain an intimate, campus-like character. The proximity of the waterfront is an additional advantage highly appreciated by our tenants,” says Marcin Faleńczyk, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland.
The second stage of the Waterfront project, designed by JEMS Architekci, includes two office buildings with a total leasable area of 16,000 sqm, two residential buildings with more than 120 apartments, as well as retail units on the ground floors. Its location, right next to Kościuszko Square and in the immediate vicinity of the waterfront and the Presidential Basin, makes Waterfront one of the most attractive addresses in the Tri-City – appealing to businesses, residents, and visitors alike.
