OTO Park will be built in Morąg, Poland

Falcon Investment Management has purchased land on Żeromskiego Street in Morąg. A new commercial project by the company under the OTO Park brand will be developed on this plot. The project commercialization is handled by RG-Leasing.

OTO Park in Morąg will be the first modern shopping facility in the city, designed for convenient shopping. “Currently, together with our partner responsible for the commercialization of this project – RG-Leasing – we are focusing on developing the most effective commercial concept for the new investment. In addition to a well-known and popular nationwide grocery store chain, the project will feature a carefully selected mix of tenants, providing a wide range of retail and service offerings to meet the daily shopping needs of the local community,” says Daria Górniak, Leasing & Asset Management Director at Falcon Investment Management.

The construction of the shopping park in Morąg is another step in the company’s strategy to increase the availability of modern shopping facilities in smaller Polish cities and to add more high-quality projects to Falcon’s portfolio. OTO Park Morąg will join other shopping parks in the company’s portfolio, such as OTO Park Golub-Dobrzyń, OTO Park Bolesławiec, OTO Park Koszalin, Kłodzko Shopping Park, and Multishop Sochaczew. “We are confident that our latest investment will attract significant interest and appreciation from both residents and tenants. As the landowner, we will also be responsible for the construction,” emphasizes Piotr Piechocki, CEO of Falcon Investment Management.

The design work is ongoing, and the construction of the facility is likely to begin in 2024.
