Bel-Pol is a new customer of Segro Business Park Warsaw, Żerań, taking over 1,320 sqm of warehouse and office space. Nearly 1,100 sqm is planned to be used as warehouse space, the rest will be dedicated to offices.
Bel-Pol has been operating on the market for over 26 years, offering modern and innovative materials for home design, sold to individual and corporate clients.
“When we received a request from Bel-Pol, space adequate to the customer’s needs was not available in our park in Żerań,” said Waldemar Witczak, Segro Regional Director. “Though we managed to find a solution, which allowed the company to move to temporary office and warehouse space while the proper one was being prepared in line with the particular request. This approach proves our flexibility and pro-active attitude, where we are able to find solutions tailored to customers’ expectations. An additional element in the Bel-Pol offer was mobile access to warehouse space from level 0.”
“Due to Bel-Pol’s expansion in north-east Poland, the client urgently needed more space where they could stock goods on high shelves. One of the main conditions of the deal was to sublease the space occupied at that time by Bel-Pol, which we managed to complete in a short time. Finally, due to the possibilities offered by Segro, the client could move to temporary space for few months and will be present in the dedicated area in August,” commented Robert Kowalkowski, Associate at BSC Real Estate Advisors, who was advising the transaction.
Segro Business Park Warsaw Żerań is located in Warsaw’s agglomeration, next to Trasa Toruńska. It offers total of 50 000 sqm of modern logistic and office space, fully adapted to city distribution.
