Oxygen Park, a modern office complex in Warsaw, continues to strengthen its position in the Polish capital’s market. Recently, the Golden Star Estate team leased 2,400 sqm within the development, renewing agreements with three existing tenants and securing two new ones. The property is attracting strong interest from companies seeking both office and service space.
Among the companies launching their operations at Oxygen Park is Puerta, which has become the new operator of the SZAWA conference centre. The tenant has been provided with over 650 sqm of office space, divided into smaller training rooms and a conference area accommodating up to 200 people. Another new tenant is Vicziunai-Pol, part of the Vičiūnai Group – one of Europe’s largest producers of surimi and fish products – which has leased nearly 140 qm of office space.
Golden Star Estate has also renewed lease agreements with several existing tenants. These include Parker Hannifin, a global leader in motion and control technologies. The company has operated its office at Oxygen Park since 2021, occupying over 750 sqm of modern space. Another company continuing its operations within the complex is Diasorin Poland, the Polish branch of the Italian group in medical diagnostics for immunochemistry and molecular biology. Acting as a distributor of Diasorin S.p.A. products, the company occupies approximately 500 sqm. The real estate brokerage Nieruchomości Plus, specialising in advisory and sales of various types of properties in Warsaw and its surroundings, has also decided to extend its lease, maintaining its headquarters of nearly 300 sqm.
During the negotiation processes, the tenants were represented by Brookfield Partners, Cushman & Wakefield, DORE Consulting, and Immo Broker. On behalf of Golden Star Estate, the transactions with Parker Hannifin, Diasorin Poland, Nieruchomości Plus, and Vicziunai-Pol Spółka z o.o. were coordinated by Agnieszka Kawczyńska, Leasing Manager responsible for the commercialisation of the company’s office investments in Warsaw and Kraków.
“The recent period has been extremely intensive for Golden Star Estate. At Oxygen Park alone, we signed five agreements, welcoming two new companies to the complex and successfully renegotiating the presence of three of our existing tenants. Each such agreement confirms that Oxygen Park is a place where companies feel comfortable, grow their teams, and effectively pursue their business plans. It also demonstrates that despite its non-central location, slightly removed from Warsaw’s city centre, our investment remains competitive thanks to its numerous advantages and excellent management, continuing to attract new brands,” said Ewa Dragunajtys, Head of Asset Management at Golden Star Group.
The complex has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level.
