P3 extends lease agreements for P3 Łódź City III

P3 Logistic Parks has extended two lease agreements totalling nearly 10,000 sqm at P3 Łódź City III with tenants SBS and Fileder.

SBS has renewed its lease for 6,738 sqm, comprising 6,597 sqm of warehouse and 141 sqm of office space. The facility serves as the company’s central warehouse for nationwide distribution of sanitary, heating and installation products. SBS is Poland’s largest sales network in this segment, with more than 90 partner wholesalers and 180 retail outlets. The transaction was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate.

UK-based Fileder, a supplier of high-end water filtration systems, has extended its lease for 2,027 sqm, including 1,889 sqm of warehouse and 138 sqm of office space. The Łódź facility acts as Fileder’s distribution centre for all European markets.

P3 Łódź City III is located on Maratońska Street, around 7 km west of Łódź city centre, 1.7 km from the S14 route and 5 km from W. Reymont Airport. The park offers 34,000 sqm of space and is fully commercialised.
