P3 Logistic Parks has signed lease agreements with two new tenants at P3 Poznan Park. The new customers are Nagel Polska for 14,000 sqm and Orbico for 10,000 sqm. With these new partnerships, over 80 percent of the facility’s area is leased.
Nagel Polska is a subsidiary of Nagel-Group – a leader and expert in the food logistics industry. The group supplies fresh foodstuffs of the highest quality to over 500 million Europeans, at all temperature ranges. At P3 Poznan Park, the company will occupy a total area of 14,000 sqm, with 13,400 sqm for warehouse purposes and the remaining 700 sqm for modern office space.
Orbico Polska is a leading distributor of over 50 well-known global brands, including Vizir, Lenor, Pampers, Fairy, Oral-B, Braun, Wella, Glade, Pronto, Clarins, Kellogg’s, Lavazza, Converse, Dr Martens, and Merrell, as well as a logistics service provider for the Polish market. The company is part of the Orbico Group – the largest distributor operating in 20 European countries. The company has signed a lease agreement for over 10,000 sqm, of which 9,650 sqm will be used as warehouse space, while 450 sqm will become the company’s office.
Michał Śniadała, Senior Development Manager at P3 Logistic Parks, says: “The extension of our tenant community with the Nagel and Orbico companies is a great honour and proves P3 Poznan Park is an attractive location for companies from diverse industries. We are proud we can offer our new customers highly functional and cutting-edge warehouse space and the support of our experienced team”.
The buildings in which Orbico and Nagel’s warehouses are to be located already meet the BREEAM certification requirements of “Excellent” for sustainability. They are constructed with the use of PIR core panels which provide better thermal insulation, and the roof has a reinforced structure which enables the installation of solar panels in future. The warehouses already have energy-saving LED lighting systems with DALI automatic control units and infrared sensor-operated taps will be installed in the near future. The buildings will also be equipped with a greywater recycling system, as well as two charging stations for electric cars.
Mariusz Latos, Managing Director, Orbico Supply Polska, says: “The location of the P3 Poznan Park goes perfectly with our strategy for the dynamic development of logistics services, enabling our successful implementation of the project in the region. The crucial factors are proximity to nearby communities and the close vicinity of the motorway, which guarantee quick and convenient transport access. This is an important constituent of the high-quality services we provide to all our customers”.
Bartosz Michalski, CEE Technical Director, Nagel Polska, says: “A cutting-edge warehouse space, adjusted to our needs, is of crucial importance in our business. Operating in the first-rate facility delivered by P3, we can offer the highest work standards to all users, guarantee full safety and comfort for our employees, and also ensure an appropriate environment for the demanding products we deal with”.
P3 Poznan Park is one of the largest logistic parks in the west of Poland. It is located south of the city of Poznan, near where the S11 and A2 motorways meet, providing excellent access to the east (Warsaw) and internationally to the west (Berlin, Germany). Existing customers include Westwing, Zaparoh, Clipper Logistics, and Colian Logistics, among others.
