P3 put €35 million in two new buildings in Bucharest – EuropaProperty

Czech developer P3 Logistic Parks will construct two new buildings in the logistic park Europolis, in an investment worth €35 million. The company recently bought the park from the Austrian company CA Immobilien and renamed it P3 Bucharest.

“The new buildings, which will stretch over 75,000 sqm, will be ready by the end of this year,” said Cora Stolz, P3 Romania Country Head.

The P3 park is located on the Bucharest-Pitesti highway and currently has eight buildings with a 215,000 sqm leasable area. Big retailers such as Carrefour, Altex and eMag are among the tenants.

“The company will make new acquisitions in Bucharest and other regions as well if the market allows it,” concluded Stolz.
