Warehouse developer P3 is expanding its presence in Blonie, near Warsaw. The company has acquired a plot of 8.8 hectares, directly adjacent to its P3 Blonie Park.
The acquired land is located in one of the most popular and attractive logistics regions in Poland. A hall with a total leasable area of 41,391 sqm will be constructed, comprising 39,420 sqm designated for warehouse space and 1,971 sqm for offices. Following the expansion, P3 Blonie Park will have a total area of 400,000 sqm.

As part of P3’s commitment to minimising its environmental impact, the new facility will be certified under the BREEAM system at the Excellent level and equipped with eco-friendly solutions such as:
- PIR-core panels provide better insulation against external factors
- Reinforced roof prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels
- Energy-efficient LED lighting with an automatic DALI control system
- Electric vehicle charging stations
The location of the P3 Blonie park – only 8 km from the A2 motorway and 2 km from national road No. 92 – provides excellent connections to major transport routes and the Warsaw metropolitan area. Blonie is considered to be a historical centre of logistics development in Poland, situated just 27 km west of Warsaw, and its importance continues to grow.
The new project is a continuation of the development of the existing P3 Blonie park, which for years has been one of the key logistics centres in the Warsaw region. It already comprises 18 buildings offering a total of 365,529 sqm of modern warehouse and logistics space to a wide range of tenants – including more than 30 companies from the 3PL, e-commerce, FMCG and manufacturing sectors.
