P3 starts construction of the first phase of P3 Gliwice

P3 Logistic Parks has started construction of the first warehouse building at its new P3 Gliwice logistics park in Upper Silesia.

The speculative development will offer 39,971 sqm of space, with approximately 1,900 sqm planned for offices and staff amenities. The project will allow prospective tenants to expand by a further 58,967 sqm under one roof, bringing the park’s total planned lettable area to nearly 100,000 sqm. The park is being developed on a 19.2-hectare site acquired by P3 late last year. Once completed, it will be one of the few big-box facilities in the region available for immediate occupation.

Marcin Gajewski, Senior Development Manager at P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, comments: “Starting construction of the first phase at P3 Gliwice marks an important step in delivering our growth strategy in Upper Silesia. Our decision to develop speculatively reflects P3’s flexible approach and our commitment to providing modern infrastructure ready for occupation by tenants seeking large spaces tailored to their needs. The potential for further expansion will enable us to respond flexibly to the requirements of both smaller and larger businesses, offering bespoke solutions.”

The development is being delivered in line with P3’s sustainability strategy and will achieve BREEAM Excellent certification upon completion.

P3 Gliwice is located in Upper Silesia, west of the Katowice conurbation, with a direct road connection to an A4 motorway junction. The location also offers convenient access to the A1 motorway and proximity to the Gliwice-Sośnica interchange, one of Poland’s key transport hubs, making it an attractive base for both domestic distribution and international trade.
