International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of Aviva Investors has sold state of the art Small Business Unit type warehouse and 3.5 ha development land situated in Lodz Business Park – the primary industrial location within city borders of Lodz. The buyer was an industrial developer Panattoni Europe.
Lodz Business Park consists of two buildings A1 and B1 developed in 2011 according to the highest market standards for Small Business Unit type of properties. The subject of the transaction was the B1 building which comprises 2,900 sqm of rentable area with 43 parking spaces and a development land of 35,000 sqm.
