Greenberg Traurig advised Panattoni on the acquisition of an undeveloped plot situated in Magnice near Wrocław. Advice on the transaction included negotiation and signing of transaction documents, agreements regulating the planned development and management of the warehouse building as well as agreements regarding the financing of the planned logistics project.
The warehouse facility developed on the acquired property will have a total area of approximately 247,000 sqm.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Aleksandra Kaczmarek, supported by Associates Jakub Gajzler and Jędrzej Antoszewski. Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch provided strategic advice on the transaction.
“The latest transaction finalized by Panattoni, as well as other projects our real estate team is currently working on, shows that the logistics sector remains one of the most active transactional areas despite significant changes in market conditions. Industrial and logistics assets are still considered strong investment products,” said Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Managing Partner of the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig.
Panattoni is the largest industrial real estate developer in Europe. The company is also the leading industrial specialist in Poland. During its 17 years of operations in Poland Panattoni has built over 10.8 million sqm of industrial space.
