Panattoni Europe has recently commenced construction works on a new production facility within Panattoni Park Stříbro in Western Bohemia. The space, 16,000 sqm, will be tailored to the needs of Ideal Automotive, a German company which has been operating at the site for a number of years and decided to expand its manufacturing operations here basing on its positive experience in the region. The new building will be completed in the third quarter of this year.
“We are developing a new 16,000 sqm building, tailoring it to the needs of Ideal Automotive,” explained Klára Fritsch, Corporate Solutions Coordinator in Panattoni Europe. “It is one of the two new facilities we are currently building in the Zone.” Ideal Automotive will use the new space to expand its production of textiles for car interiors. Hundreds of new jobs will be created in the Zone. “Employees are among the main reasons why Ideal Automotive is expanding its activities here.”
Panattoni Park Stříbro will comprise 11 buildings at full build-out totaling altogether nearly 300,000 sqm of space.
