Panattoni delivers the first warehouse at Panattoni Park Szczecin VII

Panattoni has completed construction and handed over a warehouse at Panattoni Park Szczecin VII. The new facility has a floor area of 25,000 sqm. The building’s main tenants are two leading logistics operators.

Panattoni Park Szczecin VII is situated on the right bank of the Szczecin conurbation (Załom), with direct access to the S3 expressway and the A6 motorway. Its proximity to the German border and the port of Szczecin enables efficient servicing of the domestic market and international distribution routes. The park is situated approximately 15 km from the centre of the capital of Western Pomerania and 150 km from Berlin, making it an attractive location for companies operating in the cross-border region.

The development has been designed with companies in the logistics, distribution and light manufacturing sectors in mind. The flexible space can be adapted to tenants’ diverse operational needs, including the implementation of advanced warehousing and transport processes. The facility will also be awarded a BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level. It incorporates solutions that promote energy efficiency and reduce energy and water consumption, in line with the developer’s standards.

To date, Panattoni has delivered 880,000 sqm of modern industrial space in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
