Panattoni is implementing another BTO investment for Danfoss – a leader in heating, cooling, industrial automation and electric drives. A modern production and warehouse facility with an area of approximately 22,500 sqm is being built in Tuchom, with construction due to be completed in the spring of this year. The new plant will strengthen the company’s presence in Poland and support the local labour market. The plant will accommodate a total of 500 employees.
“A modern, expanded production plant opens up completely new opportunities for us. Thanks to the latest technologies and innovative solutions, we are increasing our production capacity, shortening order fulfilment times and improving efficiency – all while maintaining the highest quality standards. This investment strengthens our market position and allows us to respond even better to our customers’ needs,” says Adam Jędrzejczak, General Director and President of the Management Board of Danfoss Poland. He adds: “The new factory also guarantees the highest level of safety and comfort at work. We have equipped it with advanced health and safety systems and ergonomic solutions that support the health and well-being of our employees. We are creating an environment conducive to talent development, innovative thinking and the creation of permanent, stable jobs. This is a milestone in the company’s development – an investment in the future that combines technology, quality and responsibility.”
“Our project for Danfoss perfectly reflects how we respond to specific, often very advanced technological needs of our customers in tailor-made projects, creating modern and environmentally friendly facilities. The building will be equipped with installations distributing oxygen, acetylene, argon, helium and technical gas mixtures, among others. Heat pumps will be the primary source of heating, cooling and ventilation. A gas boiler room with two low-temperature boilers will only serve as an emergency heat source,” says Maciej Zawada, Head of Business Development at Panattoni BTS.
“Thanks to this investment, our client will significantly increase its production capacity and expand its operations in Poland, generating new jobs. This is also another example of the long-term cooperation and trust that global leaders place in us, returning and entrusting us with further ambitious tasks,” adds Marek Foryński, Managing Director at Panattoni BTS.
Previous cooperation between Panattoni BTS and Danfoss resulted in the opening of a factory in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, which became a landmark project in the company’s global sustainable development strategy. Ensuring continuity of production, 45 production lines were relocated from Denmark, and the facility was equipped with innovative solutions, including heat and water recovery systems, heat pumps and an advanced building management system (BMS). The factory is the company’s first low-carbon facility in the world and a model for other Danfoss plants.
