Panattoni Europe completes project for Kongsberg Automotive in Koluszki – EuropaProperty

Panattoni Europe has completed the manufacturing site built for Kongsberg Automotive of Norway. The project, sized 6300 sqm, was executed in Koluszki, Central Poland. Formal acceptance of the project by the tenant took place on 15 July 2016, attended by representatives of the two companies as well as the town authorities.

Kongsberg Automotive of Norway, a global manufacturer of automotive components and parts, including seat comfort adjustment systems, truck suspensions, is now manufacturing truck components for leading vendors, and the first product lot will come into existence in September.

The project was developed in the industrial area of Koluszki, in the Łódź Economic Area; Kazimierz Ponganis, Plant Manager, Kongsberg Automotive, comments: ‘The Koluszki project is the next step on the path of strengthening Kongsberg Automotive’s position as the global vendor of advanced technology components for the automotive sector.
