Panattoni is to launch its latest project in the Wrocław area. Panattoni Park Wrocław East will be built in Dobrzykowice – just off the city’s eastern bypass. By September 2021, the developer will have completed 24,516 sqm of class A warehouse space in one building, including 11,000 sqm for a world-leading manufacturer of cooker hoods for household use. This is to be the first such modern distribution facility on the eastern outskirts of Wrocław. It will be developed in line with the company’s ‘Go Earthwise with Panattoni’ concept and is to be BREEAM certificated at the ‘Very Good’ level.
Panattoni has already delivered 1 million sqm in parks and BTS facilities in the Wrocław region and is planning another 300,000 sqm. The developer has completed a significant proportion of this in Wrocław itself and in the southern and south-western parts of the Lower Silesian capital, such as Wrocław Campus 39, which is close to centres occupied by Amazon and LG Chem Wrocław Energy. Now Panattoni has launched itself in another direction – east. Panattoni Park Wrocław East is to be built in Dobrzykowice, around 12 km from Wrocław city centre and 2 km from the city limits. The town is situated by the Wrocław Eastern Bypass, which is still under construction but is also near an already existing section that connects Dobrzykowice with Żerniki Wrocławskie. The bypass will eventually provide excellent access to the S8 expressway, connecting the key logistics hubs in Poland (Wrocław, Łódź, Warsaw and Białystok), as well as to the A4 motorway, ensuring efficient east-west transportation through southern Poland.
A storage and light production building with an area of 24,516 sqm is to be built in Panattoni Park Wrocław East, the construction of which will be completed in September 2021. It will be one of the first-class A facilities in the area. “The Wrocław warehouse market is one of the largest regional markets in Poland, and Panattoni itself has developed a million square metres here. The areas on the eastern side of the regional capital still have great potential – they are characterised by their attractive location close to the city and, together with the expansion of the local road infrastructure, will provide another impulse to the development of the region.
