Panattoni Europe is set to increase the volume of its facilities in the Baltic Sea region. Right next to the A1 motorway, the developer will create Panattoni Park Pruszcz Gdański featuring 75,600 sqm. The complex will comprise two halls suitable for manufacturing and warehousing purposes and will provide for excellent connections with the whole country.
Panattoni Europe continues developing its proprietary parks in the Tricity region, one of the largest metropolitan areas in Poland. The 25-hectare site will feature two modern halls (49,163 sqm and 26,431 sqm) suitable for manufacturing and warehousing, totalling 75,600 sqm. In this way, the developer will expand its Tricity portfolio of distribution centres up to more than 300,000 sqm.
Via Pruszcz Gdański to anywhere in Poland. The tenants who decide to lease space at Panattoni Park Pruszcz Gdański will enjoy excellent connections with various regions across Poland. “Pruszcz Gdański is an excellent location and the region’s door to the rest of the country,” commented Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director from Panattoni Europe. “The neighbouring A1 motorway connects this municipality with the Pomeranian bypass to the north, and extends all the way to the Czech border southwards. Moreover, via the southern section of the Tricity Bypass, it is easy to get from Pruszcz Gdański to the east of the country. The location also has access to the railway network, with connections to Gdańsk, Warsaw, Bratislava and Vienna.”
Another natural advantage of the location is the proximity of the Port of Gdańsk, which the tenants will be able to use indirectly. It handles goods coming in from around the world – including China, the USA, Singapore, and numerous European countries. It is one of the largest seaside facilities in Europe, which in 2018 alone reloaded close to 2 million containers (370,000 more than the year before) and 49,000 tons of commodities (liquid fuels, general cargo, wood, coal, other bulk cargo – aggregate, sulphur, ore, and grain), compared to 40,600 tons the year before. The visible growth is a good sign for the region and businesses leasing space at Panattoni Europe’s facilities.
Panattoni Park Pruszcz Gdański is a modern logistics park in Będzieszyn, near the Rusocin Junction on the A1. The centre designed for warehousing, manufacturing and service operations with office and staff space and auxiliary infrastructure is made up of two warehouse and manufacturing halls totalling in excess of 75,000 sqm.
